I've had this laptop for about a month now and felt the need to review it. I'm a college student going to school for software engineering and wanted something powerful but with a 15 inch screen for portability. Price was a major factor and finding something under 2 grand with a 15 inch screen and an I-7 was a challenge. So after reading and watching all the reviews I decided to pull the trigger. So far I have NO complaints. People say the keyboard has a lot of flex but I challenge you to find a laptop keyboard that doesn't. This keyboard works fine! I spend 12 - 16 hours a day on this laptop at school, work, and home and no complaints. The screen is great the sound is AMAZING. I mean, really amazing.. I've never heard a laptop sound this good.
I thought the pictures looked a little lame but they don't do it justice. It doesn't look bad at all. Quiet impressive jet black. The speakers don't look as gay as they do in the picture lol.

I've been using this laptop for about a month now. It IS my first premium laptop, so I can't really compare it to anything made by ASUS or other competitors.
POSITIVES: The Dynaudio is fantastic. The tweeters are loud, strong, and produce a great room-filling sound. It plays tricks on the ears and sometimes you swear there's surround sound. The fan and overclocking buttons are also very useful. During a heavy gaming session, there is a definite difference between the regular and overclocked performance. The fans really keep the unit cooled very well. I'm kind of reaching on this one, but the power cable comes out the back instead of the side. So there's that.
NEGATIVES: The screen is terrible. On it's brightest settings, it's still painfully dim. Colors are all noticeably off, too. The "Shop All Departments" button on the upper left of this page comes off as more of a 70s earth tone brownish/orangish mix than the trademark Amazon orange. The keyboard and trackpad...
